Supply of liquid nitrogen and/or fresh water

DESFA has the possibility to offer LNG tankers the possibility to provide berth, line and station equipment services for the supply of liquid nitrogen and/or fresh water (non-potable).

Liquid nitrogen supply:
The liquid nitrogen transfer process is carried out using the LNG Plant’s pipeline system and cryogenic nitrogen arm on a ship. The liquid nitrogen may be supplied directly by DESFA’s contractor through an agreement with a liquid nitrogen supply company.

Supply of fresh water:
The fresh water supply process takes place through the connection of the LNG Plant’s water pipes to the ship via a suitable hose.
