DESFA is obliged to provide the following Transmission Services on a firm base to the Transmission Users in the most economic, transparent and direct manner, without discrimination between Users:
A) Receipt by DESFA of Natural Gas quantities from one or more Entry Points, execution of the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Entry Points, and transmission of the Natural Gas quantities through the NNGTS.
or
B) Transmission through the NNGTS Natural Gas Quantity, deliver the Natural Gas Quantity to one or more Exit Points, and perform the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Exit Points.
DESFA shall announce in the Electronic Information System (EIS), the Delivery Capacity at Entry Points and the Receipt Capacity at Exit Points, for the provision of Transmission Services on a firm Basis. At the Auction Points for Capacity, the announcement shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter [2B].
For the provision of Transmission Services on a firm base, the submission of an Application for the provision of Transmission Services on a firm base (Firm Services Application) by the User for the booking of Transmission Capacity and its approval by DESFA (Approved Firm Services Application) is required.
In addition, DESFA shall provide to the Users who have signed an Approved Application for Firm Services the following Gas Transmission Services with the reverse flow procedure (Reverse Flow Transmission Services) on firm Basis:
A) Receipt by DESFA of a Natural Gas Quantity from one or more Reverse Flow Entry Points, execution of the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Reverse Flow Entry Points, and transmission of the Natural Gas Quantity through NNGTS.

B) Transfer of Natural Gas through the NNGTS, delivery of the Natural Gas by the Operator to one or more Reverse Flow Exit Point(s), and performance of the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Reverse Flow Exit Points.
