Submit notification

The purpose of this category area is to provide to any person the opportunity to notify to the Compliance Officer of DESFA S.A. without prejudice and preserving its anonymity, issues associated with unethical or illegal activities of DESFA S.A., its personnel and all the persons involved (such as conflict of interest, leakage of commercially sensitive information, discrimination of the National Gas Transmission System between system users of operation, non-compliance with the Code of Ethics / Compliance Program / Company’s Policy, in force).

Statement for the confidentiality and the protection of personal data

Under this policy, the company’s employees and / or third parties may nominally or anonymously notify any violations related to the above issues, taking into account the consequences that the information provided by you may have for the persons involved. All notification submissions are treated as confidential.

Moreover, the relevant information should not contain any elements referring to sensitive personal data, i.e. data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health, social welfare and sexual life, criminal prosecutions or convictions.
