On December 18, 2020, the Company's Board of Directors approved the revision of the Code of Ethics. The revised Code is a manual which highlights the principles and rules of action of employees and describes the Company's commitment to carry out its activities in accordance with its values, the Internal Regulation and the applicable Legislation.
The Code of Ethics covers a wide range of corporate practices, business practices and procedures pertaining to the conduct of the Company's personnel in the course of all forms of conduct / or transactions, both within the company (in-house) and their external company relations and also binds the Company's external consultants and contractors.
DESFA’ s new Code of Ethics is focused to integrate the following principles: Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Business Ethics, Zero Tolerance against Corruption. As their main implementation tools we apply specific Transparency Standards, i.e. Segregation of Duties, clear signatory Powers and Authorizations, traceability.
