Each Network User may provide to third interested Users in the secondary market by transfer part of the Booked Transmission Delivery/Offtake Capacity that will not use for a specific period of time. The contracting parties are obliged to inform in written the TSO and submit all the details regarding the transfer by 13:00 of the Day which precedes the Day the transfer takes place.
Leasing of the Booked Transmission Delivery/Offtake Capacity between Network Users is possible without the approval of the TSO. The Lessor remains exclusively responsible to the TSO for the fulfilment of the conditions imposed by the provisions of the Network Code and the terms of the Transmission Agreement concluded with the Operator. The contracting parties are obliged to inform the TSO within two (2) working days of the completion of the capacity leasing contract.
