For the good, reliable, secure and cost effective operation of the LNG Facility, the Operator carries out:
[a] the annual planning for the LNG Cargoes Unloading (LNG Cargoes Unloading Annual Plan), where the scheduling of LNG Cargoes Unloading during a Year is taking place. Annual LNG Programming shall be conducted by means of a tender procedure (‘LNG Auction’), distinguished for each Year of the LNG Annual Programming, conducted using an electronic platform, under the specific conditions of the Code, of the Standart Framework Agreement for Transport and Use of LNG Facility and the Tariff Regulation.
[b] the monthly planning for the LNG Cargoes Unloading (LNG Cargoes Unloading Montlhy Plan), where the scheduling of the LNG Cargoes Unloading during the immediately following Month (Month M), is taking place. Only the LNG Users have the right to participate in the LNG Cargoes Unloading Monthly Planning procedure.
