DESFA is registered as Market Participant (MP) according to the requirements of Article 9 par. 1 of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 and as Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) according to the requirements of the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) for reporting of REMIT information, obtaining the ACER CODE A0008896V.GR
DESFA registered as a RRM type “TSO” is entitled to report to ACER only data falling into the scope of the TSOs’ obligation, in line with Article 3.1.(b)(i), Article 3.1.(b)(ii) and Article 9.2 of Regulation (ЕU) No 1348/2014.
