Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 95B of the Network Code of the Hellenic Gas Trasmission System (NNGS Network Code), a summary of the Advanced Reservation of Capacity Application (ARCA) submitted by ELVALHALCOR S.A. is published. Parties who have an interest are invited to submit their views (Attention of Mr. G. Application for Future Capacity Reservation
DESFA publishes a draft Application for Future Capacity Reservation that is subject to the approval of the Regulatory Authority for Energy (art. 95D par. 2 of NNGS Network Code as valid and art. 68 par. 2a of Law 4001/2011).
The Fee for Application for Future Capacity Reservation as started in par. 6&7 of art. 95A of NNGS Network code is submitted to DESFA via bank deposit in the account that DESFA will designate to the Users. As justification for the deposit applicant should write “ΤΑΔΜ” and the Trade name of the applicant. The proof of deposit should also be attached to the application.
