Secondary Market of Natural Gas Transmission System
Each Network User may provide to third interested Users in the secondary market:
by assignment part of the Booked Transmission Delivery/Offtake Capacity that will not use for a specific period of time.
by transfer of usage Booked Transmission Delivery/Offtake Capacity
The contracting parties are obliged to inform in written the TSO and submit all the details by 13:00 of the Day which precedes the Day the assignment/transfer of usage takes place.
Leasing of the Booked Transmission Delivery/Offtake Capacity between Network Users is possible without the approval of the TSO.
