DESFA shall provide to the Transmission Users the following Interruptible Base Transmission Services (Interruptible Transmission Services), as defined in Article 2 par. 1 of Regulation (EC) 715/2009, in the most economic, transparent and direct manner, without discrimination between Users, as follows:

A) Receipt by DESFA of Natural Gas quantities from one or more Entry Points at an Interruptible Base, execution of the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Entry Points, and transmission of the Natural Gas quantities through the NNGTS. 

or

B) Transmission of Natural Gas Quantity through the NNGTS, delivery of the Natural Gas Quantity by DESFA to one or more Exit Points, Reverse Flow Exit Points at an Interruptible Base, and performance of the necessary measurements through the metering devices at these Exit Points, Reverse Flow Exit Points.

Interruptible Transmission Services are provided by DESFA at an Entry Point and/or Reverse Flow Exit Point at which all of the Delivery/Receipt Capacity and all of the Conditional Delivery/Receipt Capacity on an Firm Basis has already been booked.

In the event of application of par. 01 of Article 32 of the CAM NC, regarding the period 01.10.2025 until 30.09.2026, Standard Products of Interruptible Transmission Capacity, through auctions, will be offered for:

  • Delivery at Entry Point “SIDIROKASTRO” with interruption probability 50%.
  • Reception at the Reverse Flow Exit Point “SIDIROKASTRO” with interruption probability 5%.
  • Delivery at Entry Point “NEA MESIMVRIA” with interruption probability 50%.
  • Reception (Virtual Reverse Flow) at Point “NEA MESIMVRIA” with interruption probability 5%.
