Meet the Regulatory Framework

The Regulatory Framework Governing the use of the services of the Gas Transmission System offers valuable and useful information to the Network Users.

The Transparency Standard shall provide, in a meaningful, quantitatively clear, easily accessible and non-discriminatory manner, detailed information on the Transmission Services offered by DESFA, the relevant conditions applicable, as well as the technical information required in the context of the Use of the Transmission System.

Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishes the Network Code on the harmonized structure of gas transmission tariffs.
