Each LNG User may make available to third interested Users, by assignment or lease, that part of the Booked Re-Gasification Capacity, Additional Storage Space, Temporary Storage Space, as the case may be, which it estimates that it will not use for a specific period of time. A LNG User may assign all or part of a LNG slot.
