Programming Procedures
Annual Unloading Planning
For the good, reliable, safe and most economic operation of the LNG Facility, the Operator shall prepare an Annual LNG Planning.
The Annual LNG Planning shall be prepared each Year and shall cover each of the following fifteen (15) Years. The LNG Annual Planning shall include cumulatively for each Year to which it relates:
Α. The Annual Schedule of LNG cargo unloading at the LNG Facility during the year (Annual LNG Plan); and
Β. The booking of Bundled LNG Capacity
The Annual LNG Planning shall be conducted through an auction procedure (“LNG Auction”), distinct for each year of the Annual LNG Planning, which shall be conducted using an electronic auction platform, subject to the more specific conditions of the Network Code, the Standard Agreements for Transmission of NG and the Usage of the LNG Facility, the NNGS Tariff Regulation and the LNG Auction Manual. LNG Users who are also Transmission Users are entitled to participate in the LNG Auction.
LNG auctions
In application of the provisions of the NNGS Netwwork Code, the Operator has time windows for the unloading of LNG cargoes, either in series or individually, and booking LNG Capacity, i.e. Delivery Capacity at the Entry Point “Agia Triada” and an equivalent Re-Gasification Capacity at the Revithoussa LNG Terminal, through auctions.
The auctions are held in two phases:
Α. LNG Cargo Unloading Time Windows are available, in accordance with the current RAΑEΥ decision, in two distinct stages:
1) Series of Slots, defined as a specific number of Standard LNG Slots, of one or more categories, offered as an indivisible set; and
2) Individual unloading time windows
Β. Users who have been allocated at least one LNG window in phase A, have the possibility to book LNG Capacity for the whole year (Continuous LNG Capacity), including all or part of the LNG Capacity allocated to them in the first phase of the auction.
Unscheduled Unloading
Any LNG user wishing to unload LNG cargo during a Month, which has not been included in the LNG Plan, shall submit a request to the Operator through the Electronic Information System.
The Operator informs the applicant of its decision through the Electronic Information System. Applications, are evaluated by the Operator on a first come first served base.
