Current Framework

The terms and conditions for Users’ access to the NNGS are regulated by the [NNGS  Network Code – 9th Revision]

For the provision of the relevant access services, it is necessary to conclude a [Standard Framework Contract for the Transport of Natural Gas and/or the Use of LNG Facility] with DESFA.

The [NNGS Tariff Regulation for the provisions of Basic Activities of NNGS], regulates the methodology for the determination of [NNGS Usage Tariffs] for the invoicing of the services of Transmission and Use of LNG Facility.

The [LNG Auction Manual] regulates particular issues related to the procedure for the Annual Unloading Planning of the LNG Facility.
