Ιn December 2020 the Company’s Board of Directors approved the revision of the Code of Ethics. The revised Code is a manual which highlights the common principles and rules of action of employees and describes the Company’s commitment to carry out its activities in accordance with its values, the Internal Labour Regulation and the applicable Legislation.

The Code of Ethics covers a wide range of corporate practices, business activities and procedures and it refers to the conduct of the Company’s personnel both within the company (in-house) and in external relations, in the course of all forms of business interactions and/or transactions, while binding the Company’s business partners and contractors. 

DESFA’ s new Code of Ethics is focused on integrating the following principles: Sustainability, Business Ethics, Zero Tolerance against Corruption, Diversity and Inclusion, and as their main implementation tools it establishes specific Transparency Standards, i.e. segregation of duties, clear powers and processes, and traceability.
