The Anticorruption Policy is the reference document of DESFA’s anticorruption compliance program. It draws inspiration from the rules of conduct provided in the Code of Ethics and makes a clear distinction between acceptable and prohibited behaviour in the different risk areas, such as relations with the public administration, procurement, business partnerships, entertainment expenses and gifts, selection of personnel etc. Based on its Anticorruption Policy and the related controls it approved, DESFA was certified in 2023 with Anti-Bribery ISO 37001:2016.
