Innovative technological transformation is taking place every day in the way Desfa builds and operates our infrastructures and protects them from new challenges. In the era of energy transformation, which is a systemic, evolutionary change of the energy systems, DESFA strategically embraces and invests in new technologies, external perspective, open communication channels and cross functional collaboration.
DESFA’s Innovation Lab Working Group is the focal point for the promotion of the on-going collaborations with Universities, Research Centers, as well as for Startups through our Acceleration Process (see https://desfainnovationcenter.desfa.gr/).
DESFA’s Innovation Lab Working Group together with the nominated Ambassadors from all business functions, exchange knowledge and pursue innovation processes among DESFA. DESFA sets out the strategic objectives, the domains in which to invest and the initiatives/projects to be launched. Scouting, filtering & selection of ideas is repeated with a set frequency to ensure that it is always aligned with business needs.
