In accordance with the RAEWW decision no. E-59/2024, in derogation of the provisions applicable to the commercial operation of the NNGTS Point Amfitriti (Decision E-35 of the Energy Sector of the Regulatory Authority), and given that the re-gasified LNG Quantity delivered in Amfitriti Entry Point will be injected into the NNGTS with a non-uniform flow rate for the FSRU's performance tests purposes, DESFA be able to curtail the Daily Natural Gas Quantity physically delivered in Sidirokastron and Nea Mesimvria Entry Points in case that during a Day the hourly Capacity Usage Condition is violated, by announcing a Limited Natural Gas Flow Day. DESFA will limit on a pro rata basis the quantities of natural gas allocated to each User.
The period of functional and acceptance/performance tests, during which Desfa may announce a Limited Natural Gas Flow Day, starts from 02.04.2024 and ends at 10.04.2024 (included)
