Considering:
- the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 51 of the Network Code of the Hellenic Gas Transmission System,
- the fact that the sum of the current estimate of Natural Gas Receptions at the NNGTS Exit Points and the Confirmed Natural Gas Receptions at the NNGTS Reverse Flow Exit Points is significantly lower than the Confirmed Natural Gas Deliveries at the NNGTS Entry Points so far during the Day 27.09.2022,
- the positive difference mentioned under point (2) is expected to adversely impact on the pressure of NNGTS in order to ensure the reliable, safe and effective operation of the NNGTS, the Day 27.09.2022 is declared as a Day of Eventual Limitation of Deliveries.
