Following user requests, the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) has decided to postpone the start date of LNG auctions for the years 2023-2027 and to revise the provisions of the Network Code pertaining to penalties and charges imposed in case of amendment of the LNG unloading plan. RAE’s relevant Decision No. 771/2022 will be posted on the Authority’s website.
Note: The LNG auction for the first year 2023, will start on Monday 31 October 2022.
