For this reason, as part of DESFA’s Compliance Program, a monitoring and reporting process has been developed and implemented for gifts received from third parties, during the company’s business activities. All gifts received by DESFA employees in the performance of their duties are documented in detail, and relevant records are maintained to ensure proper traceability.
