DESFA has adopted a Policy for the receipt and evaluation of reports about presumed irregularities according to DESFA’s Code of Ethics, Anticorruption Policy, and other corporate policies and procedures. The Whistleblowing Policy sets the communication channels and defines the investigation and decision principles and processes to ensure integrity of the facts, confidentiality, and protection of the reporting parties.
